MODEL HOMES

We offer full-service, turnkey model home packages.  Each is uniquely designed to inspire renters and buyers to choose you over your competition.

ReMODEL DESIGNS

Our design and logistics teams will pack, move, re-design and re-install your model merchandise in its new home. Whether next door, around the corner or across the country, we have you covered.

ReMODEL+ DESIGNS

A ReModel+ Design has the core of a ReModel Design and move plus the purchase, warehouse, installation, etc. of new pieces.  This service is most valuable if you included model merchandise with the sale of the home, or just need to give your model a revamp.

PLAN REVIEW

This valuable service allows us to put our 20+ years of residential design and real estate to work.  We will review your floor plans with the dual perspectives of creative design and buyer desire/functionality.

AMENITY DESIGNS & REDESIGN

The amenities that you offer are a huge determining factor for many potential renters and buyers.  We will design unique, creative and inviting clubhouses, common areas, pools areas, meeting and entertainment spaces, or redesign your current spaces.

EXTERIOR DESIGNS

You have an amazing spec home design, but potential buyers need to see something tangible before pulling the trigger.  We will customize design studio and sales office design boards with all of your home’s selections.

DIGITAL SELECTION PACKAGES

In addition to our spec design packages, we offer brandable, editable digital selections PPTs.  Sales agents consider these an invaluable reference tool for buyer marketing packets and MLS listings.  Buyers like the convenience of a visual reference before and after visiting your property.

DIGITAL MARKETING PACKAGES

The majority of renters and buyers view your website, social media or MLS photos before stepping foot on your property.  Our professional renderings, photo and video packages ensure your digital presence is what makes a lasting first impression and drives buyer to visit your property.
